We're talking permanent or semi-permanent color that transforms your base shade. Glosses are perfect for maintenance between appointments. Full color services are where the magic happens when you want something truly different. Most clients do a full color first, then come back for glosses every 6-8 weeks to keep things looking fresh.

It depends on what you're doing. Simple glosses? Maybe 45 minutes. But if we're doing a full color with processing time, root touch-ups, or going from dark to light (which requires serious patience), you're looking at 2-3 hours. We always build in buffer time because rushing color is how mistakes happen. And we don't do that. Your appointment time gets blocked off completely — no rushing you out the door.

Honest answer? Any chemical process involves some consideration for your hair's health. But here's what we do differently. We use quality products that minimize damage, we assess your hair's condition before we start, and we're not afraid to say no if your hair needs a break. Our colorists do protein treatments, deep conditioning, and give you real maintenance advice. Most of our clients have healthier-looking hair after coloring because we're actually taking care of it, not just slapping color on and sending you home.

Yes. Sometimes. Depends on what happened. If it's a tone issue or slight overpowering color, we can absolutely correct it. If someone went way too dark or the previous colorist really messed things up, it might take 2-3 appointments to get it right. We charge separately for color corrections because they require serious skill and extra processing. Book a consultation first — we'll tell you exactly what we can do and what timeline we're working with. No guessing games.

Our pricing ranges from €45 for glosses up to €180 for complex full color services. It depends on your hair length, how dramatic the change, and what we're working with. We don't do package deals (honestly, they lock you into dates that don't work), but we do loyalty pricing. After your 4th appointment, you get 15% off. Loyal clients matter to us. We're transparent about cost at your consultation — no surprises when the bill comes.

Absolutely. Our colorists work with curly, straight, textured, fine, thick, coily — all of it. Color behaves differently on different hair types, and we know how to navigate that. Curly hair might process differently than straight hair. Textured hair requires different sectioning. We're trained to adapt our technique to what's actually on your head, not just follow a one-size-fits-all approach. If your hair type needs special care or a modified timeline, we'll tell you upfront.
