Senior Color Specialist
Lead complex color transformations and mentor emerging colorists. You'll handle 12-15 clients weekly, collaborate on trend development, and help shape our education program. Minimum 7 years color experience required. This is the role for someone who's mastered technique and wants creative leadership.
